In consenting to our terms of the agreement, you indemnify Credit Frog and its affiliates, officers, and staff from any claim or demand made in regards to unwanted communications received by you, breeches of privacy experienced by you, and any damages sustained by you whatsoever if they are caused by your failure to take prompt responsibility for the performing of necessary changes to your Credit Frog account settings.
Credit Frog may choose to provide a new service or alter an existing service, that may necessitate the readjustment of your Credit Frog account settings. By consenting to our terms of agreement you accept full responsibility to promptly adapt your Credit Frog account settings to ensure that they continue to meet your specifications.
We accept no responsibility whatsoever for unwanted communications received, unwanted changes made to your privacy settings, or any damages or inconvenience to you if it results from a failure to update your Credit Frog account settings on a regular and timely basis.
